Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policy before booking: • No Extra Guests: For the comfort and safety of everyone, only the person receiving the service is allowed. No extra guests or children unless being serviced. • 15-Minute Grace Period: Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, but arriving later may result in cancellation or a late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be forfeited. • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee and must be paid before booking future appointments. •ALL braid services are HAIR INCLUDED! Please text me with your NAME and color you are wanting for your service! • A 30% cancellation fee is charged when you DO NOT cancel within the 12 hour time frame PRIOR to your appointment. If you need to reschedule your deposit will be good for 1 additional appointment! By booking, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and support!
